With Guidance, we offer personal support during the buying process. Not to push a sale, but to help you make a decision you feel confident about — technically, practically and intuitively.
About this service
Guidance is for riders and buyers who want clarity and honest advice when purchasing a dressage horse in the Netherlands.
Some clients are experienced riders buying their next horse. Others are making their first international purchase. What they share is the wish for guidance from people who understand the market, can assess horses objectively, and are able to look beyond presentations and sales stories.
Our role is to support you throughout the process and help you keep perspective.
How we work
Each guidance trajectory is personal and adapted to the situation.
Depending on your needs, we assist with defining what kind of horse truly fits your goals, reviewing potential options, joining viewings or trials, and offering clear feedback on quality, rideability and long-term expectations. We also support clients during the veterinary process and advise on pricing, negotiations and practical matters such as transport or export.
Sometimes that means moving forward. Sometimes it means advising not to buy. Both are part of the service.
Experience
As international Grand Prix riders and professional trainers, we assess horses from a performance and training perspective.
Years of experience in the Dutch horse market have taught us how to recognise quality, identify potential risks, and navigate a market that can be difficult to read from the outside. That experience helps clients make decisions with confidence and clarity.
