Training at Bernoski
At Bernoski Dressage, training is about developing horses and riders in a way that is correct, thoughtful and sustainable. We believe in structure, consistency and taking the time a horse needs, rather than pushing for quick results.
Our approach is shaped by daily work in training, breeding and international sport. This practical experience allows us to make realistic training choices and to adjust programs to the individual horse and rider.
"trained with a strong focus on correct basics, soundness and rideability"
Horse training
Horses in our program are trained with a strong focus on correct basics, soundness and rideability. From young horses to advanced levels, each horse is approached individually, taking into account age, physical development and character.
We aim to build horses step by step, with long-term potential always guiding decisions. Training is supported by a calm, professional environment where attention to detail and continuity are central.
Rider coaching
Alongside horse training, we coach riders who want to develop their riding and deepen their understanding of the sport. Coaching is practical and experience-based, drawing on years of international competition and daily training work.
Instruction focuses on clarity, balance and harmony between horse and rider. We work closely with each rider, adjusting guidance to personal goals, level and experience.
Facilities & Training Environment
Our facilities are designed to support high-quality daily training. Horses benefit from a structured routine, proper care and a calm environment, allowing them to work and recover in balance.
The training environment is professional and focused, creating space for both horses and riders to develop without unnecessary pressure.
A Personal Way of Working
We deliberately work with a limited number of horses and riders in training. This allows us to stay closely involved, give honest feedback and adapt training programs over time.
Long-term cooperation, clear communication and mutual trust are important to us, both in training and in competition.
